I just logged on. I am in the middle of building my first 3-4 acre duck hole and intend to have complete watercontrol and ability to clutivate grains as well as moist soil. WHat would you suggest for a mid to late july planting the ground is recently cleared and graded. There was some question on whether or not to close it on Christmas day like we have in the past, but they went ahead and left Christmas open and closed it on that first Monday in December. I have an original and I like it pretty good but I had to modify it in a couple ways to make it more rapsy and not as loud. So if anyone knows if it is as good as they say it is, please let me know.
