Its not the alcohol that concerns me in this article. The Feds are also banning duck hunting in six zones on the refuge. I don’t know about everyone else but I am sick of seeing great waterfowl hunting areas be turned into REFUGES.

This is a nice way to start your duck season. Fall in, almost drown, kill a limit. Sounds like this guy should have had on a life jacket. Of course that is one thing we all take for granted at times. Luckily everything turned out ok.
