November 26th, 2006… killed Monday on U.S. 23 in Lawrence County. Someone cut off and removed the animal’s paws. Kentucky doesn’t have a hunting season for bears, and state law prohibits taking the carcass or body parts from any bear found dead. Conservation Officer …
